Next month's UFC 145 event in Atlanta, Georgia isn't the UFC's most stacked event. In fact, it's very clearly a one-fight card, with the massive main event between Jon Jones and Rashad Evans taking over everything. However, while the rest of the card is lacking in name value, the UFC is going to try to make it well worth the time of their pay-per-view buyers.

The organization announced on Thursday that they have promoted the bantamweight bout between Miguel Torres and Michael McDonald to the night's main card, making it a six-fight pay-per-view card.

The bout joins the Jones-Evans fight, as well as Rory MacDonald vs. Che Mills, Brendan Schaub vs. Ben Rothwell, Mark Hominick vs. Eddie Yagin, and Mark Bocek vs. Matt Wiman to round out the pay-per-view card.

The event will take place from Atlanta's Philips Arena, the UFC's first event in the city since September of 2008.

Penick's Analysis: This is as close to a boxing-esque card that the UFC's put on in some time, with only the main event truly being a pay-per-view worthy fight from a name standpoint. There is definitely some solid undercard action here, but there are also a number of much better fights with bigger names coming to free cards in the coming months. Still, a six fight pay-per-view card is fantastic, even though it means they may have to rush some things to fit it into a three-hour window.
